This tour departs from the Craggie Brewing Company (you may wait outside the entrance in the event Craggie has not yet opened at the beginning of the tour). From Craggie we will proceed to the Highland Brewing Company, Asheville’s original and largest brewery. We will be led on an in-depth tour of their facility, learning the entire brewing process from raw materials to bottling while sampling each of their year-round brews as well as their current seasonal offering. We will then depart for the French Broad Brewery, where we will tour their brew house and sample and learn about each of their old-world style ales. Our tour will culminate back at Craggie Brewing Company, where we'll sample a selection of their unique brews.
